What if I have never surfed before? +
Our instructors are certified experts who specialize in teaching beginners! We match the waves and instructions directly to your level, ensuring you have a safe, thrilling, and successful time.
How far is the hotel from the beach? +
We are located in a quiet neighborhood just a short, flat 5-minute walk (or a 2-minute cruise on our complimentary bicycles) to the sands of Jaco Beach.
What is the booking deposit & cancellation policy? +
A 50% deposit is required at booking. The remaining balance is due 45 days prior to arrival. Cancellations made more than 45 days before arrival forfeit the initial deposit. Cancellations within 45 days of arrival, no-shows, and early departures forfeit the full amount. Weather or ocean-related schedule adjustments during your week will be rescheduled at no extra charge. We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance.
